Overview:
We are seeking for a seasoned and experienced Senior Project Manager to become a part of our team. This individual will take charge of planning, supervising, and implementing a range of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, robust leadership attributes, and a demonstrated history of successfully delivering large-scale and complex projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with stakeholders' needs and expectations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Project Management
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, communications and change management to guide the project execution process.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear roles and responsibilities for team members.
  • Drive project execution with cross-functional teams and vendor partners (if applicable) and ensure that timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and resources, and facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Manage and address project conflicts, issues, risks, slippages and expectations and ensure they are escalated or addressed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks, issues and mitigating actions.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Conduct post-mortem evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a coach to develop the project management skills of less experienced project team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Project Management, or related field.
  • CMA, CPA, PMP, or other relevant professional certification(s) preferred.
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of large-scale projects with successful outcomes.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, program management, transition management and best practices.
  • Proficient in Project Management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to plan and guide the execution of projects that cut across multiple departments and regions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business environment, project requirements and priorities.
  • Strong work ethic – takes ownership of deliverables and willing to work on the details.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making aptitude.
  • Expert in quantitative and analytical skills.
