Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
FP&A Support
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Conduct financial variance analysis and provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, identify trends, and highlight potential risks or opportunities.
- Assist in conducting financial and business performance reviews.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial planning processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
