Key Responsibilities  
Learning & Development  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop tailored learning programs.
  • Design engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics and resources for training delivery, ensuring a smooth learning experience for participants.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of learning and talent management initiatives.
   
Performance Management  
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide support to Team Managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
   
Talent Management  
  • Partner with Team Managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Implement talent development initiatives, such as career development plans, succession planning, and mentorship programs.
  • Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and support their career advancement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
 
Who are we looking for?  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years proven experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or related roles.
  • Knowledgeable in administer HRDF.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and other learning technologies.
  • Analytical skills to assess learning needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and interpret performance data.
  • Certification in relevant areas such as training facilitation, instructional design, or talent management is a plus.
