The Business Development Executive works to improve MCC’s market position and achieve financial growth. This position defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. He/She is responsible for meeting budget expectations and delivering YOY growth exceeding the market growth rates. The Account Executive focuses on three main areas: New Account Development, Client Retention, and Account Planning. This role is highly collaborative as it requires interaction with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY : To operate production finishing machine.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s): 

1.1.1.      Ensures that no production shall commerce without the approval from the Supervisor.

1.1.2.      Perform job approval for mass printing in process sampling inspection and verify

             finished print work.

1.1.3.      Preparation of materials as required for the job.

1.1.4.      Makes sure production within the cost budget.

1.1.5.      Manufacture of label completed in time.

1.1.6.      To ensure all standard procedures are well followed and maintain all production

quality records in a proper manner.

1.1.7.      Ensures machine and workbench areas are kept clean and tidy.

1.1.8.      Reports all mechanical defects to the Supervisor.

1.1.9.      Records relevant information on press time sheets.

1.1.10.  Keeps work area neat & tidy, follow OSHA guidelines and report any unsafe acts.

1.1.11.  Setting up and printing the required number of label according to customer specifications.

1.1.12.  Machines are maintained, operated in health and safe manner.

1.1.13.  Conducts routine preventive maintenance on the press on a weekly and monthly basis

as per schedule.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education / Experience ; 

  • At least High School Graduate
  • At least with two (2) year working experience in manufacturing. Experience in printing industry will be an advantage. 

 

Skills / Abilities ; 

  • No colour blind.  
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Basic communication in English and local language
  • Computer literate – Word, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalent. 
  • Can work with less supervision. 
  • Strong team work.
