Our Sales Career Program offers a unique rotational experience across three core functions—Customer Service, Project Management, and Account Management—providing a comprehensive foundation in sales, operations, and strategic account leadership.

Program Overview
This 24-month rotational program is designed for high-potential candidates seeking a career in sales and commercial leadership. Participants will rotate through three key areas:
- Customer Service Rotation (4-6 months)
- Learn MCC’s World Class Service model.
- Gain hands-on experience managing customer orders, resolving complaints, and supporting capacity planning.
- Develop analytical and communication skills while mastering MCC’s business systems.
- Sales Support Rotation (6 – 8 months)
- Participate in cross-functional projects from concept to commercialization.
- Partner with Account Manager to manage customer timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Gain an understanding and experience in sales enablement tools.
- Account Management Rotation (12 months)
- Own strategic account planning and customer engagement.
- Support bids/RFPs, forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong internal and external relationships across departments and customer accounts.
- Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in sales reporting and CRM management.
- Travel as needed to engage with customers and MCC teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Sales program required.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Passion for customer service, project execution, and strategic sales.
