Position Summary:
Job description: 
•    Receive customer orders via email or from customer 's management system.
•    Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
•    Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
•    Address complaints related to product quality, delayed deliveries, or order inaccuracies.
•    Work closely with other departments (production, technical, logistics) to resolve issues quickly and satisfactorily.

Qualifications: Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•    Diploma or University in economics related or English
•    Good skill of Word/Excel 
•    Can communication in English

Salary: Negotiate
