- Compensation: $85,000-$90,000

Responsibilities:
- Manage MCC’s North American event strategy, including educational/customer events, trade shows, conferences, etc. Make recommendations for event participation that supports overall business goals.
- With a detailed understanding of the strategic sales growth plans of MCC, lead in the development of the marketing and communication plans and their respective supporting initiatives.
- Work closely with the Strategic Marketing Managers to translate segment findings into go-to-market strategies and value prop communication.
- Lead corporate and influencer social media strategy, including post execution and reporting.
- Manage MCC affiliate memberships and benefits, develop programs for leveraging internally
- Develop and execute compelling content that is aligned with marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to develop and refine sales success tools.
- Support the commercial organization with priority customer presentations and tools.
- Based on market and consumer data, provide recommendations for content development and communication channels.
- Effectively manage relationships and timelines with outside vendors and partners.
- Adopt an attitude of continuous improvement – strive to continuously improve upon performance by upgrading skills and encouraging higher levels of performance from yourself and team members, in support of company objectives.
- Model the corporate values and principles – conduct oneself in an appropriate and business-like manner, building strong relationships both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with online and offline marketing tools and strategy
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, required
- Experience communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders across all levels of an organization
- Exceptional organization and planning skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Creative team player who likes to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
- 3-5 years in a similar B2B marketing role
- Experience with Salesforce & Pardot a plus
- Ability to travel as needed
