Job Description
Enhance the efficiency and performance of their financial consolidation, planning and operational reporting processes.
- To maintain, upgrade and manage the reliable operation of the application and network related to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- Oversee data integration processes between Oracle EPM and other financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, addressing technical issues and ensuring effective use of the EPM system.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the EPM system to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to resolve problems reported by end users
- Upgrading systems with new releases and models
- Developing and maintaining system recovery protocol in the event of data loss
- Implementing and enforcing security protocols and backup strategies
- Managing network servers and technology tools
- Maintaining internal documentation about system configurations, maintenance, and upgrades

- Leverage on use of technology and implement cost-neutral process enhancements.

- Ensure full adherence to Company accounting policies, processes, procedures and authorization levels.
- Ensure full adherence to SOX controls.
- Ensure full adherence to document retention requirements by regulatory authorities in country of operations of business unit.
Service Level
- Promote a strong service ethos to support delivery to agreed Service Level Agreements
- Act as the focal point to ensure effective communication and resolution of key issues and decisions.
- Build long-term relationships with Company internal customers and Leadership.

- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Team Manager and/or Team Lead.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five-years proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
- Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.
- Experience with technical support or system administration in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management is a plus.
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
- Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
