we are seeking a charge hand to oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Allocate tasks to team members and provide technical support.
• Monitor machinery, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• To follow H & S working practices in line with Company procedures.
• To follow Company housekeeping procedures and maintain a clean and tidy area of work.
• To follow Company procedures and policies re Spear Quality and ISO systems.
• To participate in and monitor all continuous improvement programmes within the scope of the department and role.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
