As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales teams, develop new segments, and to drive further business expansion across our EMEA markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute on the EMEA sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead, manage and develop a high-performing sales team across 3 sub-regions and 14 countries, providing mentorship and support to ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved.
  • Develop regional Sales roadmap and align our value proposition, systems and Sales team capabilities, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure success (R&D, Marketing, Pricing…).
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with global and regional key clients, distributors, and partners to expand market share and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Innovation, Procurement and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives with company operations.
  • Constantly analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to anticipate market trends and identify opportunities for new markets, products and services and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to maintain accurate financial oversight and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Review and streamline EMEA sales processes to ensure high-quality customer engagement and satisfaction, and enhance our win rate.
  • Identify, evaluate and mitigate against risks to EMEA key partnerships ensuring customer loyalty and continuity.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, to increase brand visibility and foster new business opportunities.

 

The Person

 

  • Proven experience as a regional/EMEA Vice President of Sales, Sales VP, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing or B2B environment, preferably within the label printing or packaging industry.
  • Proven track record leading a Sales Transformation on a large regional scale.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets on a global scale.
  • Strong leadership and multicultural team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results through others.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM systems, and the ability to analyze and act on data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the EMEA region as well as internationally as required.
