The Production planner is responsible for creating, monitoring and adjusting the production schedule for the printing and finishing departments at our Founders Blvd facility.

Responsibilities:
- You will efficiently plan orders using our ERP system (MS Dynamics AX).
- In close collaboration with your colleagues in production and sales, you will quickly anticipate and adjust the schedule as needed.
- You will work with the planning process manager to analyze scheduling issues and develop actions to improve the planning process.
- You will maintain open communication with BE production plant, internal sales, procurement and other departments.
- You will report directly to the Operations Manager of MCC Verstraete Founders.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- You have strong administrative abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel)
- You have an analytical mindset, strong reasoning abilities and a result-oriented problem-solving approach
- You communicate effectively and assertively with both direct colleagues and staff from other departments.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
