The Production planner is responsible for creating, monitoring and adjusting the production schedule for the printing and finishing departments at our Founders Blvd facility.

Responsibilities:

• You will efficiently plan orders using our ERP system (MS Dynamics AX).
• In close collaboration with your colleagues in production and sales, you will quickly anticipate and adjust the schedule as needed.
• You will work with the planning process manager to analyze scheduling issues and develop actions to improve the planning process.
• You will maintain open communication with BE production plant, internal sales, procurement and other departments.
• You will report directly to the Operations Manager of MCC Verstraete Founders.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• You have strong administrative abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel)
• You have an analytical mindset, strong reasoning abilities and  a result-oriented problem-solving approach
• You communicate effectively and assertively with both direct colleagues and staff from other departments.  
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
