The Role: 

• Receive, check, and store raw materials accurately in designated locations.
• Issue materials to production as per specifications and update daily material lists.
• Capture GRNs, returns, and stock movements to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with regular consignment stock counts and monthly stock counts.
• Keep shelves organised, update racking locations, and ensure correct product identification.
• Perform daily store and forklift checks and maintain good housekeeping standards.
• File delivery notes, invoices, and other documentation for traceability.
• Assist with preparing materials for audits (BRC/FSC) and ensure compliance.
• Support with non-conforming materials processing and returns to suppliers.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
•  Experience in a stores or warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g. Radius).
• Knowledge of BRC/FSC compliance standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.
