We’re looking for ambitious leaders to become part of our growing MCC Verstraete IML team at our location on Founders Boulevard in Batavia, Ohio! This brand new, state of the art facility specializes in offset printing labels on polypropylene for injection molding, blow molding, and thermoforming.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare orders: including making boxes, providing/cutting cardboard + non-slip sheets, preparing TXR template, Printing shipping labels, cutting models
  • Coordinating Tasks: schedule orders per DV-date, assign work stations of operators, when appropriate, maintain all workstations in good order  
  • Support activities: final inspection, customizations in AX, reporting orders on hold, closing pallet boxes from manually inline
  • Registrations: Assist Colleague, visibility to every workstation, complete DCS when appropriate
  • Understands Risk and Safety and Hazard and precaution Statements

Qualifications:

  • Be DEPENDABLE- regular and predictable attendance and work overtime when required
  • Be a TEAM PLAYER- ability to assist others with machine set‐up, run, and clean
  • Be CARING- respect others and communicate openly
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship required
  • Strong proficiency in the use of computer systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude/machine operation experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency for on‐time completion of assigned activities
  • Must work according to the requirements for ISO9001, ISO14001, BRC Packaging and FDA.
