The MCC team is looking for a Junior System Administrator who is motivated, detail-oriented and growth-focused. With the support of our Salesforce team, this individual will support our Salesforce platform, manage updates and data, along with broader contributions to the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvements. Our platform includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and NetZero Cloud, along with custom objects and integrated applications. 

The ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and communicate effectively is vital for success. An affinity for data management will stand out. The ideal candidate will be interested in cultivating their Salesforce skills and taking on additional responsibility over time.

  • Compensation: $110,000-$115,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support for business systems related issues including researching transactional issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution. Administer and support application as necessary (login, functionality, reporting, data integrity, interfaces).  Maintain support log of issues and requests following MCC’s service request guidelines.
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules
  • Ensure data quality of customer master information
  • Collaborate with data analysts to make corrections to incorrect or missing master data
  • Management of integrated applications including but not limited to SAP CPQ, Dynamics, Radius & GlobeTek
  • Ensure all established policies, procedures and controls are enforced and followed.
  • Model the Corporate Values (Integrity, Passion, Creativity, Perseverance and Achievement) and Principles.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • Computer Skills:
  • 1-2 years in a Salesforce support role
  • Business process, system and data analysis skills with business application project implementation experience.
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong appreciation for data integrity and clear process definitions
  • Proven Master Data experience; experience working in a manufacturing environment
