Position: Procurement Manager Poland
Location: Warsaw / Poznan
Reports to: Regional Procurement Manager CEE
Position Description
To co-ordinate and deliver wide procurement projects in Poland for direct and indirect procurement categories, including close collaboration with two factories located near Warsaw and Poznan, searching for synergies between sites, creating new opportunities by managing inquiries, tenders, market researches, contracts management, supporting daily cooperation between suppliers and stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
· Developing cooperation with current suppliers, ensuring proper relations with suppliers and actively searching for new suppliers,
· Preparing and managing tenders, market researches,
· Inquiries, negotiations of purchase terms & conditions and selection of the most optimal supply sources,
· Negotiating, preparing and finalizing contracts and orders to suppliers in close cooperation Legal Team,
· Responsibility for timely completion of projects in alignment with global policy and corporate standards,
· Reporting (including ERP reports), summaries and purchasing analyses as must,
· Active participation in continuous improvement of procurement processes in Poland,
· Collaboration with team members, internal stakeholders and other relevant functions in the Company,
Requirements
Mandatory:
· Min. 5 year of experience in Procurement or Purchasing in goods and services (preferable in manufacturing industry, but not must)
· Good English skills (B2 / C1)
· Bachelor’s degree as minimal
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills
· Proven ability to cooperate with all stakeholders in procurement process,
· Very good work organization and attention to the quality of work, proven ability to meet deadlines and to work in multiple projects, tasks in parallel,
· Data analysis strong skills
· Result oriented strategic-minded and pro-active attitude
· High level of motivation and engagement, MS Office (specially Excel) practical knowledge
Desirable:
· Experience in working in a global/multinational corporate environment
· Driving License
