Role Responsibilities

  • Work with the Account Director and specialists in planning across all media channels
  • Working with Pulse’s creative team to ensure we have a cohesive approach to all activity
  • Provide client point of contact for day to day client queries
  • Own all media plans and status sheets and ensure they are all kept fully up to date in line with client requirements
  • Liaise and develop relationships with key media owners to assess any key opportunities for m/SIX and the clients
  • Understanding of client’s business and industry sector, and the challenges facing them
  • Presenting regularly at client meetings on a variety of different topics
  • Utilising media knowledge when talking with clients, have a good understanding of media channels and our agency approach to these
  • To build and maintain strong industry and key agency relations including across creative agencies, internal delivery teams, media owners
  • Ensure timelines are managed with clients, creatives and specialists
  • Responsible for financial and operational tasks such as P.O Tracker and ensuring both purchase orders and signed plans are provided for all activity
  • Analysing competitor spends to determine how this impacts the client and utilise knowledge of audiences to make recommendations to the client
  • Create post campaign analysis reports and highlight the ROI of media plans to the client

  • Challenging – Question clients on business decisions, objectives and role of media. Also demonstrate an understanding of the implementation of media by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the channel recommendations (i.e. weighting of spend, use of media partners, metrics)
