Are you a driven sales professional looking to make a significant impact? Multi Service Fuel Card, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shell USA, is seeking a motivated inside sales professional to join our team. Successful candidates must reside in in Kansas City/Overland Park and able to fulfill a hybrid schedule.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting excellence: Utilize your strong work ethic and prospecting skills to generate and qualify new leads.
  • Customer portfolio growth: Drive new sales and expand our customer base. Prepare necessary documents for underwriting and account setup.
  • Relationship management: Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Team collaboration: Engage with the team in daily sales meetings, refine your skills with ongoing training and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Achieve sales targets: With training, meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and goals set by the Sales Director. Earn commissions and incentives on top of competitive base pay.
  • Transportation market insight: Communicate new product and service opportunities, market developments, and competitive insights.
  • Schedule Management: Effectively manage your daily schedule to maximize productivity.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment with ever-changing conditions.
 What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven prospecting skills: Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
  • Goal-oriented: Motivated by success and driven to achieve targets.
  • Creative problem solver: Think outside the box to overcome customer objections.
  • Adaptable team player: Comfortable with change and able to adjust strategies as needed. Excellent focus, communication, prioritization and organizational abilities.
 
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of sales experience; Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Experience in the transportation industry and inside sales.
  • Able to work hybrid schedule: The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid schedule which requires the ability work both remotely and in the Kansas City/Overland Park office. Business travel may be available occasionally.
