Key Responsibilities: 
  • Customer portfolio growth: Drive new sales and expand our customer base. 
  • Team collaboration: Engage with the team in daily sales meetings, refine your skills with ongoing training and contribute to a positive work environment. 
  • Achieve sales targets: With training, meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and goals. Earn commissions and incentives on top of a competitive base pay. 
  • Relationship management: Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction. 
  • Transportation market insight: Communicate new product and service opportunities, market developments, and competitive insights. 
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications: 
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • Experience: 2 years of previous sales experience is required; Cold calling or similar experience is strongly preferred; Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software preferred; Familiarity with transportation industry and factoring a plus. 
  • Hybrid schedule: The successful candidate will be able to maintain a hybrid schedule which includes working in our Kansas City/Overland Park office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
