The Role
  • Project Management/Operations Lead for one of our key global (Energy) accounts.
  • Oversee and drive delivery of agency scope for the client, including:
    • Digital Brand Campaigns - Global and Market Sponsorships (F1/Golf/Football) banner/social
    • Digital Transformation Initiatives -Marketing Technology, AI, Lead Generation, CRM
    • Data and Analytics
  • Managing the digital delivery process from start to finish, including SOW, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on brief and within budget, mainly across digital transformation and campaign initiatives.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with global agency partners and third parties, internally and externally.
  • Weekly reporting/recording for the client and the project team (including resource forecasting and burn)
  • Comfortable working with data/lead generation projects
The Proof
  • Previous Project Management/Operations experience for one (or more) global clients.
  • A history of working in digital/web agencies and environments.  
  • Delivery of multiple digital projects and campaigns, including DT (Digital Transformation) ie. Data/AI/MarTech
  • Thorough understanding of agency project process, across briefing through delivery ensuring jobs are managed well financially and are efficiently using resources to meet client needs.
  • Track record of executing and delivering on S/M/L global digital programs

  • Ability to handle client expectations for tight deadlines, with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Ability to flawlessly manage multiple projects with effective ease.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player working across a range of clients and teams (creative, tech, analytics).
  • Always testing new tools, implementing improvements and new ways of doing things across the business delivery process
