Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Data Head.

Measures of success – 

In three months:

  • Familiarize with the tools used in data transformation (ETL)
  • Do minor modifications and adjustments on existing scripts.

In six months:

  • Create a social crawler that uses APIs
  • Manages data migration, transformation, and backup

In twelve months:

  • Create helper tool/automation for monitoring running and maintained scripts
  • Code optimization

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Create, Optimize and Debug python scripts/notebook for social crawlers, data mining, and AI modeling
  • Debug & Optimize existing python and java programs
  • Extract, Transform, and analyze data for reports
  • Collect and Transform raw data for AI modeling
What you will need:
  • 3-5 years work experience
  • Graduate of any 4 years or 5 years Bachelor’s degree.
Mindset/Soft skills:
  • Intermediate SQL skills
  • SQL/Database Management
  • Knowledge in a programming language such as Java, Python, PH
  •  API integration experience
  •  Experience in Linux server environment

About the Project

We’re building a world-leading content marketing platform. We aim at answering what content a brand should do and with whom.  Value extraction from the processing and analysis of web and social content data is done through our own AI infrastructure. We have developed an API driven platform using a wide range of cutting-edge technologies and industry standards like Google’s Tensorflow, Facebook’s PyTorch and Apache Spark for machine learning, Elasticsearch for distributed search and analytics, Apache Kafka for building scalable streaming data pipeline all of which are built on top of PHP-based API-Platform and ReactJS that leverages automated deployment and scaling via Kubernetes.
