Pay Range: $66,560

Typical Duties & Responsibilities 
Strategic Planning: 
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that align with company objectives, plans and merchandising and consumer mindset calendars.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify marketing opportunities and target audiences.
    • Establish marketing goals and objectives and measure performance against them.
Campaign Management: 
    • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, text and traditional media.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver marketing content and materials.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Brand Management: 
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure they are followed by all stakeholders.
Team Leadership: 
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
    • Set clear goals and expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Budget Management: 
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
Customer Insights: 
    • Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
    • Utilize customer data to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
 Partnerships and Collaboration: 
    • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, media contacts, and industry influencers.
    • Coordinate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
 Analytics and Reporting: 
  • Use marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on marketing performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Any combination equivalent to, but not limited to, the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
