Hourly Pay: $18.00–$24.00

Reports To: Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager
What You Will Do:
As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader when upper management is unavailable. You’ll guide the team, uphold our service standards, and keep the store running like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily operations and team performance across all departments
- Leading and coaching staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD)ensuring departments are:
- Well-stocked and fresh
- Clean and organized
- Properly staffed with engaged, helpful employees
- Conducting daily team huddles to align goals and priorities
- Enforcing standards for attendance, breaks, dress code, and service coverage
- Closing the store professionally and securely
- Supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring in-store execution
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment—inside and out
- Addressing customer and employee issues with calm, thoughtful judgment
- Reporting daily operations and issues clearly to leadership
- Mentoring Lead Cashiers and supporting team development
What You Bring:
Education & Training:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of internal MOD training (or willingness to complete)
Experience:
- Experience as a Lead Cashier, Department Manager, or similar leadership role
- Track record of strong decision-making and team guidance
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to coach others and hold them accountable
- Calm under pressure with a customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Operate carts, dollies, and pallet jacks as needed
- Must be available for varied shifts, including nights and weekends
