Pay Range $17.00 hour

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine eagerness to understand the operational aspects of a business. Interns will gain hands-on experience in analyzing operational processes, enhancing eCommerce strategies, and improving customer interactions, all while developing practical skills that are crucial for a successful career in business operations.
 
Typical Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Website Updates: Assist in updating website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials, ensuring an accurate and engaging online presence that aligns with business goals.
  • Ecommerce Management: Support the eCommerce team by managing online inventory, processing orders, and optimizing the customer journey to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Task Tracking: Help track and prioritize operational tasks using project management tools, ensuring that projects align with strategic objectives and are completed on schedule.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with team members to analyze website traffic and sales data, identifying trends and actionable insights to improve the eCommerce experience and drive sales.
  • Collaboration: Engage with various departments, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to support and execute ongoing projects, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of cross-departmental operations.
  • Customer Support: Participate in addressing customer inquiries related to online orders and gather feedback to refine customer service strategies and enhance the shopping experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience 
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D. certificate 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Exemplary customer service skills. 
  • Punctual and reliable attendance. 
  • Compliant with company standards and directives.
