Description
The Store Supervisor at Mother’s Market supports overall store operations by assisting leadership in supervising daily activities, guiding team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role helps ensure smooth store operations, policy compliance, and a positive shopping experience. The Store Supervisor serves as a leader on the floor and a role model for Mother’s Market values, helping create a welcoming, organized, and wellness-focused environment.
Wage Range: $18-$24/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and assist with opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and support team members across departments as needed
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist with issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Assist with scheduling, breaks, and workflow coordination
- Support cash handling, register balancing, and front-end operations when needed
- Communicate store needs, issues, and updates to store leadership
- Help train and coach team members on customer service and operational expectations
- Promote Mother’s Market values, including wellness, sustainability, and community
- Work collaboratively with store leadership and department teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
