Description
The Vitacare Clerk at Mother’s Market supports the Vitamins and Body Care department by providing knowledgeable, friendly customer service and maintaining well-stocked, organized product displays. This role helps customers navigate natural supplements, wellness products, and personal care items while upholding Mother’s Market standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and customer trust.
Wage Range: $17-$20/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with locating vitamins, supplements, and body care products
- Provide general product information and refer customers to leadership for detailed guidance when needed
- Stock, rotate, and maintain vitamin and body care product displays
- Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and signage within the department
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, fixtures, and backstock areas
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Remove expired, damaged, or unsellable products promptly
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines
- Promote Mother’s Market values, including wellness, sustainability, and community
- Work collaboratively with department and store teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
- Interest in vitamins, supplements, wellness, and natural products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
