Hourly Pay: $17.00–$22.10

What You’ll Do

As Assistant VitaCare Manager, you’ll support day-to-day operations and help create outstanding customer experience:

  • Lead hands‑on merchandising: keep shelves stocked, properly priced, rotated, and beautifully presented.
  • Assist with team building: help hire, train, schedule, and guide department staff in customer service excellence.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards in line with health guidelines.
  • Support inventory management: help manage ordering, receiving, tracking, back-room organization including unsellables.
  • Coordinate special department promotions, seasonal displays, and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Contribute to sales-floor staffing and float to cover breaks or peak periods.
  • Share product knowledge, updates, and policy changes with your team.
  • Help achieve departmental labor, sales, and margin objectives.
  • Participate in inventory counts and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior department or retail assistant management experience, preferably in vitamins or body care.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook; confident with basic math.
  • Enthusiastic leadership and effective coaching abilities.
  • Calm under pressure during busy shifts.
  • Comfortable with vendor relations and minor service coordination.

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to frequently lift and stock boxes (mostly under 3lbs., up to 6ft high), often over 100 actions/day.
  • Use carts, dollies, box cutters; push/pull shelving units or cases.

Schedule Requirements
Flexible availability across various shifts and locations including weekends and evenings
