Salary: $28.78/hr. - $30.63/hr.

Position/Job Summary:
The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for the quality of case management services and for all aspects of leading and supervising case management staff in one or more Office Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Programs, scrutinizing all documentation, coordinating case management services, facilitating timely and safe family reunification, working closely with other agencies involved in the youth’s care, and ORR staff.
Position/Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interviews, hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates case management staff for the program. This includes conducting annual performance reviews, competency assessments and training support for supervisees.
- Oversees all aspects of youth cases, point of contact for Unification Specialist.
- Submit detailed and thorough documentation in accordance with agency and ORR requirements.
- Provides all services of a case manager for a small number of assigned cases (based on number of clients in care), which includes assessing the needs of youth, developing and implementing the case management plan, and providing all the required documentation.
- Ensures case file documentation is maintained in accordance with ORR and licensing requirements, and conducts internal chart reviews to monitor documentation compliance
- Represents high quality standards of child welfare in all documentation
- Collaborates effectively with other program staff to identify and implement individual service plans (ISP).
- Involved in team meetings, staff training and department meetings, as well as meetings with Case Management Supervisors across other programs for youth support planning and wellbeing while youth waits reunification.
- Completes and signs off on timely and accurate timesheets and other personnel/administrative records as required.
- Maintain close communication with external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing a thorough knowledge and application of the Sanctuary model and other organizational policies & practices.
- Participate in staff development, in-services, and training related to equity and inclusion in the workplace; model appropriate behaviors; develop, recommend, and implement improvements to business practices with awareness and understanding of the impact in a trauma-informed and culturally diverse organization.

Required Position Qualifications: (Minimum qualifications required by the contract/program to be considered for hire into this position)
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services or a social services field
- This requirement may be substituted by a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, written, read and verbal
- Attained age 21 years or older before first day of employment in position (ORR)
We consider education, training, experience and demonstrated skills. This position requires ORR approval; exceptions to the minimum qualifications require ORR’s explicit written approval prior to hire and ORR may require supervision plans and additional training.
Preferred Position Qualifications:
- Experience working with immigrant populations
- Knowledgeable about family preservation, kinship care, and/or general child welfare
- Experience writing professional, thorough assessment reports.
- ORR experience
- Knowledge of Federal, State and agency regulations.
- Knowledge of adolescent developmental issues, trauma, abuse and neglect, substance abuse and dependence, delinquency, peer influence, and related group and individual interventions.
Other Requirements:
- Able to work shift hours and days, as assigned by Supervisor. Position may require work outside of usual work hours, such as evenings and weekends to support case management needs, as required by ORR.
- Available to support other Morrison ORR programs as needed
- Able to pass a comprehensive criminal history background investigation
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid required
- 40 hours of required training per year
