Hybrid Remote: (required to be in the office two days a week)                  
Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 ($40.87hr - $45.67hr)                 
Bilingual (Spanish) Range: $92,000 - $103,000 annually ($44.55hr- $49.78hr)

Position Overview   
      
Morrison Human Resources Department is in search of a Human Resources Business Partner Manager (HRBPM) who is highly collaborative and who will serve as a strategic partner and will develop, assess, and anticipate HR-related needs and deliver value-added services that address the goals, initiatives, and programs of the agency. Additionally, the role will leverage and formulate partnerships across the agency to ensure HR deliverables are addressed in a timely and thorough manner. The HRBPM operates with a high level of autonomy, possesses significant HR subject matter expertise, and has experience coaching and working with supervisors and leaders

Required Position Qualifications:                  
                
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, HR, Social Work, Psychology, etc.) In lieu of a degree, 8-10 years of HR leadership (HRBP, Lead, Manager, Supervisor, Consultant, Director) experience may suffice.
  • 6+ years of broad HR and progressive human resources experience.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in stakeholder collaboration, coaching, training, and engagement                   
                    
Preferred Position Qualifications (not required):                   
                
  • Consultation experience                 
  • Bilingual in Spanish       
  • Experience in employee relations, talent development and strategy, supervisor coaching, learning and development, HRIS, classification, and compensation.     
  • Skilled in collaboration with a proven capacity to train and engage stakeholders.    
  • Experience working with or in culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
                 
Other Requirements:                 
                
  • A criminal background check is required.                   
  • Operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.                  
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.                 
  • Ability to move about sites and access supplies and transport equipment up to 15 lbs.                 
  • Ability to travel between multiple program locations, states, and community organizations.                 
  • If driving, meet agency driving requirements: current driver’s license and maintain personal auto liability insurance.
