Sales Arborist- Monster Tree Service of Brazos Valley

Monster Tree Service of Brazos Valley has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Arborist. As a Sales Arborist, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, estimating job costs, and achieving budgeted sales goals for your territory. This is accomplished through constant communication and daily in-person appointments with customers and prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement a sales plan for the territory in conjunction with Franchise Owner.
- Diagnose and provide on-site estimates, review the scope of work with the customer.
- Pursue on-site customer commitments and review neighboring properties for leads.
- Utilize all technologies (CRM, Ops, etc.) to streamline internal and external processes.
- Convert inbound leads to sales and generate leads individually.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with both residential and commercial opportunities.
- Maintain arborist certification through continuing education credits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years industry sales experience or 5 years of related industry experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in the green industry or related field preferred
- Prior field and supervisory experience preferred
- ISA Certification or the ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Commercial experience a plus
