What you’ll do |
● Deliver warm, welcoming and inviting customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable in our beautifully designed piercing spaces ● Confidently style and advise our customers on their piercing/s and jewelry needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look ● Provide piercings to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making customers feel confident in your skill and experience ● Ensure compliance with all necessary guidelines and best practises, prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of our customers ● Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience ● Consult and guide our Retail Operations team on legal, technical and safety measures in Seattle ● Guide, support and train our Sales Associates and other team members about the world of piercing ● Support in the retail environment as required, driving appointments to the piercing studio |
What you’ll bring |
● A customer focused mindset, putting them first in all you do ● An understanding and appreciation of the luxury service environment ● Extensive experience in piercing, demonstrated through an up to date portfolio (Instagram/Facebook/Website) ● Demonstrable knowledge of piercing standards and regulations in Seattle, Washington State ● A clean, professional and service oriented approach ● Must be licensed to work in Seattle, Washington State ● A passion for sharing your knowledge with others, willing to help and advise different areas of the business |
