As a wholesale Account Executive, you will be a key player in the strategic growth of our wholesale accounts. You will work closely with the Director of Wholesale to ensure efficient operations, outstanding customer service, and robust growth across all wholesale channels, including our largest global partner, Nordstrom.We are looking for a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail who thrives on new challenges and can adapt to our dynamic business environment. This position will work from home with regular travel to support market meetings, operations, and eventing.

What you’ll do

 

Market Meetings & Product Set-Up

        Serve as a key liaison and attendee for market meetings, overseeing linesheets, presentation decks, visual merchandising, sample management, gifting, and summary notes

        Manage the NuOrder platform to ensure all product attributes are fully loaded with imagery ahead of market appointments, and updated and maintained in-season

        Conduct detailed sales and competitor analysis to inform past performance and seasonal buys

        Coordinate with partners to manage product attributes, ensuring timely product launches that meet brand standards

        Fulfill image requests, maintaining relationships with the internal brand team to ensure assets meet brand standards and are submitted to partners efficiently

Brand & Marketing

        Plan annual asset requirements, working internally to ensure deadlines are clear and achievable

        Manage relationships with partner marketing teams for photography sample requests and timely returns

        Oversee the completion of paid marketing intake forms, liaising internally to optimize asset creation and selection

        Maintain up-to-date campaign imagery on the Partner Asset Portal

Stores

         Concept in store initiatives to drive sales & exceed targets (ie incentives, trunk show planning, GWPs, DSA summits, etc)

        Set targets and manage bonus payouts for DSAs

        Develop and distribute training materials to support product knowledge, engraving, visual merchandising

        Manage fixture requests (seasonal and ad hoc)

        Support new door launch planning, execution, and reporting

        Support expansion of services via supply ordering and management

Web

        Oversee new product launches to ensure timely publishing in line with global business objectives

        Monitor the number of products on-site, developing systems to review and flag any publishing issue

        Regularly review on-site customer reviews, collating feedback to share with relevant internal stakeholders

        Maintain PDP accuracy across current and new products, proactively updating images and copy as required

        Lead the creation of SPV (Salesperson Videos), including product recommendations, content review, film scheduling, and sample management

Reporting & Analysis

        Contribute to weekly, monthly, and ad hoc internal reporting as needed

        Upkeep competitor landscape file, proactively raising key observations & opportunities

        Own reconciliation of trunk show and consignment invoicing

Operations

        Lead resource planning and on-site execution of trade retail operations, including trunk show warehouse management, seasonal store shipments, printing orders, etc

Offprice

        Manage linesheets and imagery to support seasonal and ad hoc buys

        Liaise with internal merchandising team on partner inventory level requests

        Oversee Flash Sale set-up, proactively proposing lead products and imagery

        Explore opportunities for exposure to account management

 

What you’ll bring

        A passion for customer service and delivering above expectations

        Proven capability to organize a busy workload and meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail

        Willingness to continually evolve as business needs change and opportunities arise

        Ability to learn on the go with a drive to ask questions and master new tasks

        Experience working with Nordstrom a plus

        Wholesale account support or management for a luxury brand and/or jewelry brand a plus

Ability to document your authorization to work in the United States.

Travel Requirements

Regular travel within North America, with potential travel to the UK.
