Job Profile
 
Senior Sales manager is responsible for providing consultative work, understanding the client's structure, main corporate objectives, and business challenges in the short, medium, and long term. Actively prospect of commercial opportunities, maximizing the performance of the client portfolio, maintaining a close relationship with the client through sales visits, to meet the needs of each client, paying attention to the commercial policy and business goals defined by Moneycorp. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities by conducting sales visits, presenting products and services, and negotiating commercial terms, paying attention to Moneycorp's commercial policy and established goals.
  • Prepare proposals according to pre-established criteria.
  • Work in conjunction with the operations area to maintain the documents required by the Central Bank of Brazil, requesting the client, when necessary, to regularize and update their registration data.
  • To carry out strategic commercial planning, differentiating customer service from the competition, aiming to contribute to business development and revenue quality.
  • To maintain continuous interface with the operations desk and customer service areas to assess the appropriate level of service provided to clients.
  • To maintain constant relationships with prospects through visits, remote contacts, participation in events, among others.
  • Activate support areas when events actions, development of support material, and others are needed.
  • Monitor the commercial department's indicators, always focusing on achieving goals and objectives.
  • Understand the area of ​​operation in terms of customer and competitor profiles, to conduct negotiations that allow for greater market share.
  • Update the CRM as your performance evolves, to ensure pipeline management and forecasts in the system.
  • Develop an action plan to achieve goals, such as promotional campaigns for end customers, relationship building with partners, event organization, support in creating marketing materials to strengthen the company's image, as well as increase market share.
  • To stay well-informed about the products and services offered by the institution and how they compare to the competition, to support negotiation processes.
  • To participate in events to check trends, strengthen networking, and identify new business opportunities; To safeguard the confidentiality of information handled, in accordance with company rules and standards.
  • Continuously demonstrate a high level of competence in key skills and behaviors (e.g., consultative selling, prospecting, solution development, negotiation).
  • Track and keep updated all data related to the customer journey (companies/opportunities) in the CRM, such as recording of sales visits, follow-up of activities and relevant facts.
  •  Provide information to internal product and marketing teams based on conversations with customers to generate demand.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, standards, or legislation related to Moneycorp.

 

Skills & Experience Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Intermediate English, mainly for reading and writing.
  • Certification: ABT1 or ABT2 or willingness to obtain the certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and great interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Good verbal and written communication.

  • High capacity to prospect new clients and proactive in identifying client business needs.
