Who You Are / Your Next Challenge
Moneycorp Bank have a great opportunity for a Corporate Banking Executive to join our Commercial team at our Gibraltar Office.
The successful candidate will
Key Responsibilities
- Work to ensure incoming calls, e-mails and administrative tasks are handled quickly, smoothly and efficiently.
- Always ensure clients are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
- Contact clients on request of back office.
- Invest time at the front end of relationships and secure commitment thereafter extending the investment in client time to create and deliver growth.
- Identify customer needs and objectives by utilising fact finding techniques using open/closed questions
- Always summarise and gain client understanding and buy in.
- Always create and deliver agendas to set the scene for meetings
- Organise and diarise client meetings on and off site
- Obtain accurate and concise client information that is relevant to the opportunity.
- Strong negotiating skills required, identifying ideal, realistic and walkaway scenarios.
What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role
- Demonstrable experience of working towards financial targets
- Relationship building with people at varying levels of seniority, internally and externally
- Working within a multichannel environment e.g. telephone, email, face to face
- Knowledge of the FX industry, products and services
- Experience essential in a financial services organisation/customer sales environment
- An understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory obligations
- Knowledge of financial services, global market research and latest news relevant to our business and our clients

Start Date: 21st April 2025
Please note: This is position is full-time, permanent. The role is expected to be full time working in our Gibraltar office with an option to work one day a week from home.
