Your Next Challenge
To support the Head of Partnerships and the senior account managers in maintaining and generating private client referrals from existing partnerships.
To generate new partnerships and to be accountable for maintaining and generating private clients from smaller/medium existing accounts delegated by the AMS.
The role will involve strong interpersonal skills, being the face of Moneycorp to our external partner network, as well as managing internal relationships with the Sales, Dealing, Marketing and Compliance teams.
The role will also require meticulous organisation and analytical skills, measuring trends and profitability of the book of partners within each vertical, and submitting strategic ideas for continual growth.
Good time-management and self-motivational skills are highly desirable given the role is likely to start in a work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals of all levels at partner companies
  • Be attentive and responsive to client requests over phone and email
  • Set high standards through regular updates
  • Attend networking opportunities (starting virtually) where relevant
  • Build relationships with key internal stake holders
Lead Generation
  • Receive leads from active referring partners and enter onto CRM for the Sales Executives to call
  • Management of the existing partner book, making outbound calls to generate new customer referrals
  • Working closely with Marketing and the Content team to generate media leads through relevant newspaper content
Analytical and Organisational
  • Monitor client progress on CRM, using tasks to organise your time
  • Use of CRM, Tableau and Excel software to stay on top of your pipeline and look out for changing trends in client activity
  • Work with the BI team to provide regular reporting
  • Organise your tasks by importance and profitability returns
  • Have a keen eye on managing costs against new acquisition
Market awareness
  • Read daily currency market briefs to be aware of prior and current day key currency pairs
  • Pricing knowledge on main currency pairs
  • Stay alert on competitor activity
  • Reading news daily for new opportunities for partnerships
Compliance
  • Remain compliant to any relevant regulations, legislation and policies
  • Maintain records of all partner and client contact including telephone calls, inbound or outbound written contact
  • Ensure all associated paperwork e.g. files are maintained to Company standards
  • Ensure all partner and client correspondence (letters, e-mails etc.) are accurate, grammatically correct and free from spelling errors
  • Ensure Company procedures and standards are followed at all times with specific focus on KYC procedures and accurate maintenance of all CRM records, particularly client follow up calls
Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
  • Relationship building with people at varying levels of seniority
  • Working within a multichannel environment e.g. telephone, email, face to face
  • Previous B2B sales experience (cold calling) – desirable
  • Preferable experience of working towards targets
