About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to account managers in managing partner relationships while ensuring efficient administration of projects, documentation, and internal processes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone in an existing Jr. Account Management role, or someone early in their career who is looking to grow in client services, business development, or account management.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support account managers with day-to-day partner communications and project updates.  This includes Account Managers and Business Development Managers in Florida and Connecticut.
  • Generate leads by effectively managing a book of existing Referral Partners.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings, presentations, and partner/client calls
  • Maintain and update partner records
  • Prepare partner reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and invoice tracking
  • Help manage client feedback and ensure timely follow-up on actions
  • Attend events and tradeshows when necessary
  • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to project planning
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in a support, Jr. Account Management, or client-facing role
  • Comfortable with public speaking and networking
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and self motivated
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
