We are searching for an apartment maintenance technician at Golfview Village Apartments in Rantoul, IL and offer great pay up to $16 to $18 per hour + on-call and quarterly bonuses!

Monarch is actively interviewing for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team at Golfview Village Apartments.   


What We Offer:

Pay is based on experience up to $16 to $18 per hour and share awesome quarterly and on call bonus potential, $40/month Blue Cross for yourself, a 401k matching component and give raises every year up to 5%!

What We Need:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior maintenance as needed
• Snow removal (when needed)

What You Need:

• 1+ years’ experience in maintenance preferred
• HVAC or EPA Certification a PLUS
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
• Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
* A valid driver's license is required for this position

You may be asked to complete a written skills test to determine your skill level and knowledge.
