Monarch Investment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Arbors of Grandview Apartments team in Grandview, MO.
Compensation & Benefits for full time employees:
- Competitive pay based on experience (Up to $22 hourly + renewal commissions)
- $25 - $50 per new move-In and/or renewal commissions
- Paid training and certifications
- Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
- Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
- Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
- Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable
- Assists Property Manager in creating and updating marketing materials for accuracy and effectiveness
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ideally 1+ years' experience in multifamily housing industry
- Must by computer proficient including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn/navigate industry software (YARDI).
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
