Apartment Porter

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM

$16.00–$18.00 per hour (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus and Benefits

About the Role:

Our Leclaire Apartments team in Moline, IL is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Porter who is a self-starter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

What You’ll Get:

• $16.00–$18.00 per hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and organize interior spaces (ie: offices, bathrooms, hallways, fitness centers)
• Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents
• Maintain curb appeal
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns
• Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.)
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns

What You Need:

• 6+ months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work
• Commercial cleaning a plus
• A proactive, detail-focused, and dependable team player
• Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance a plus
• Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done

 This role requires pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening
