Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a  Maintenance Technician to join our team in North Kansas City, Missouri. This is a hands on maintenance position at a 350 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours and on-call rotation only once a month.

  • Base compensation starting st $18-22/hr 
  • Quarterly bonuses totaling $3K/yr

What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do:         
  • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on-call emergency cell phone 
  • Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required!

You will be asked to complete a written skills test to assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
