Sioux City’s Valley Park Apartments is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor.

Know HVAC inside and out? Like running a crew as much as turning a wrench? Monarch Investment & Management Group is adding a Maintenance Supervisor to our team at Valley Park Apartments, a 149-unit community on the North side of Sioux City.

• $28.00–$34.00 per Hour (DOE)
• Up to $4,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

Schedule:
 

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-call rotation: 1 week every 4 weeks

What You’ll Do: This is a working supervisor role. You’ll lead by example and stay hands-on:

• Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry
• Lead and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members
• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal needs
• Partner with Property Manager on projects, budgets, and capital improvements
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards

What You Bring: Someone who can hit the ground running:

• 4+ years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily) preferred
• 2+ years of HVAC experience required
• HVAC & EPA certification REQUIRED
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing, carpentry
• Welding experience is a plus
• Vendor management and supply ordering experience preferred
• Reliable, proactive, and ready to take ownership immediately
