Property Manager 

Clarksville, IN | $55,000 – $65,000 annually

A National Multifamily Housing Company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee in Clarksville, IN. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including team leadership, leasing, financial performance, and resident relations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Property Performance: Identify opportunities to increase income, control expenses, and improve net operating income

  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor on-site staff while maintaining a positive and productive work environment

  • Leasing: Oversee marketing and leasing efforts to maintain strong occupancy and rental income

  • Financial Oversight: Process invoices, manage rental income, and monitor delinquencies

  • Resident Relations: Address resident concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the communities

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in multifamily housing

  • 1+ years of direct Property Manager experience preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
