We are actively interviewing for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our FAMILY at Sugar Pines Apartments a 280-unit property located in Florissant.  We are paying $18 - $23/hour, share awesome monthly, quarterly and on call bonus potential, $30/month Blue Cross for yourself, a 401k matching component, plus give raises every year up to 5% and $1,000 Sign On Bonus.

  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs 
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous multi-family maintenance experience preferred
  • HVAC & EPA Experience is preferred
  • Some drywall experience including painting and carpentry
  • Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
  • Have good verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving skills
  • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
  • Be willing to go through basic training within 30/days
