**IMMEDIATE HIRE – HOME RENOVATION TECHNICIAN – UP TO $26/HR**
Skilled in construction? Want 3-day weekends and zero on-call stress?
Monarch Investment, a top name in multifamily housing, is looking for a Home Renovation Technician in Sandusky, Ohio with strong construction skills to join our growing team. This is a full-time role working 4 ten-hour days (4x10s) — giving you three days off every week and no on-call duties ever!

Pay & Benefits:
- $25 to $26/hour based on experience
- 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)
- No nights. No weekends. No on-call.
- Full-time, year-round position (not seasonal and no layoffs)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform full apartment/home renovations from start to finish
- Apply strong construction skills: framing, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, and tile
- Renovate kitchens and bathrooms: install cabinets, countertops, plumbing, and fixtures
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet renovation goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site
What You Bring:
- Proven construction or home renovation experience
- Skilled in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and finish work
- Basic plumbing/electrical knowledge
- A strong work ethic and eye for detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely use tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
