💰 Pay & Perks:
- $67,000 to $69,000/ year (depending on experience)
- Quarterly NOI Bonus up to $1,200
- Monthly Delinquency Bonuses
- Yearly raises up to 5%

📋 Your Daily Impact:
- Lead, coach, and support your onsite team
- Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy
- Oversee financials, budgeting, and expense control
- Manage rent collection and delinquencies
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract residents
- Build positive resident relationships and boost retention
- Coordinate vendor services and approve invoices
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (preferred)
- Ability to work some Saturdays as needed
- Experience managing a team of 4+ employees
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience
- Knowledge of fair housing and property management laws
- Computer proficiency (Yardi, Excel, or similar software)
- A people-first mindset and passion for creating great communities
