🔧 Apartment Maintenance Technician | Immediate Opening

💰 Earn $18-$22/HR DOE + On-Call & Quarterly Bonuses + Benefits

Monarch Investment is actively seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Beacon Hill Apartments, a 168-unit apartment community located on Reservoir Road.

💸 What You’ll Get:

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

🔨 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to resident service requests and maintenance work orders
• Complete apartment turns and make-readies to Monarch standards
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of common areas and grounds
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
• Assist with property inspections and maintenance projects
• Maintain an organized shop and inventory area
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule (one week every two weeks)

🕒 Schedule: Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• On-call rotation is one week every two weeks

✔ What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience
• HVAC certification preferred
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
