We are looking for a career oriented  Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Villages at Symmes Crossing  in Cincinnati, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, and completing work orders.

What We Need from you:

• HVAC  knowledge preferred
• EPA Universal or Type 1/2 certification preferred
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• At least 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
