- $18 - $22/hour
- PLUS Up to $75 per new lease in commissions
- PLUS Up to $100 per renewal lease in commissions

What You Need!:
- 1+ years’ experience in multi-family housing management strongly preferred
- Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate Yardi software.
- General knowledge of local, state and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Must have excellent customer service and sales experience
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
