This position will office at our home office in Franktown, CO and be required to travel 40%-60% of the time.

Monarch Investment is seeking a National Leasing Trainer Administer to organize and conduct training and educational programs in connection with the Property Management Training Program, specifically focusing on leasing and promotional development. They may conduct programs in connection with on-the-job training including technical leasing training and management of employee orientation. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs. This person may participate in the design and development of in-house programs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for organizing and maintaining the Monarch library of training

-Directly responsible for assisting in the development and writing of training manuals, and implementation of such 

-Manages leasing work flow by working with Regional Property Managers in creating and implementing leasing strategies at the property level

-Creates and maintains training schedules for existing employees and new hires

-Responsible for monitoring and reporting training statistics

-Responsible for scheduling and conducting sales training sessions on-site

-Manages online training for, but not limited to, Webinars, GoToMettings, GraceHill, PopCard, Lease Hawk, Ellis shopping, and ELearning to property managers and leasing staff

-Coordinates with Leasing and Marketing Specialists in Mentoring leasing consultants

-Evaluates newly acquired properties for marketing, leasing strengths and weaknesses and communicates these findings to MIMG management

-Coordinate with Employee Relations in performing “On-Boarding” of all newly acquired staff

Supervisory Responsibilities:  This position has no supervisory responsibilities, but will be training managers and other staff.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

-Proficient, high level of ability in Yardi

-At least 3+ years’ experience in apartment leasing and/or property management

-At least 2+ years’ experience in marketing, investment property marketing preferred

-Exceptional/Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

-The ability to adapt to a fast paced, high energy environment

-Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

-Marketing or Teaching degree or experience preferred.

-Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.

-Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in a Windows operating environment.

-Demonstrated ability to be flexible and possess strong work ethics.
