🚀 What You’ll Do
- Mentor, coach, and train on-site employees (including Property Managers) to ensure job duties, expectations, and company policies are fully understood
- Lead onboarding, on-the-job, and refresher training sessions
- Evaluate employees and properties to identify opportunities for improvement
- Step in as temporary Property Manager when needed, operating communities within budget and company standards
- Oversee leasing efforts to maintain market occupancy and rent levels
- Direct on-site teams: office, maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping
- Manage financials: invoices, collections, delinquencies, and renewals
- Drive resident satisfaction and retention through excellent resident relations
- Ensure property marketing is current, accurate, and effective
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s a plus)
- 4+ years of property management experience in multifamily housing (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to self-direct and juggle multiple priorities
- Training experience preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 75% nationwide
💰 Compensation & Perks
- $70,000 – $75,000 annually (DOE)
