🚀 What You’ll Do
 
  • Mentor, coach, and train on-site employees (including Property Managers) to ensure job duties, expectations, and company policies are fully understood
  • Lead onboarding, on-the-job, and refresher training sessions
  • Evaluate employees and properties to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Step in as temporary Property Manager when needed, operating communities within budget and company standards
  • Oversee leasing efforts to maintain market occupancy and rent levels
  • Direct on-site teams: office, maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping
  • Manage financials: invoices, collections, delinquencies, and renewals
  • Drive resident satisfaction and retention through excellent resident relations
  • Ensure property marketing is current, accurate, and effective
🎯 What We’re Looking For
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s a plus)
  • 4+ years of property management experience in multifamily housing (required) 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to self-direct and juggle multiple priorities
  • Training experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% nationwide
💰 Compensation & Perks
 
  • $70,000 – $75,000 annually (DOE) 
  • $45/month medical insurance (Blue Cross)
