$20.00 to $22.00 per hour |

As our Apartment Maintenance Technician, based at Chelsea Park Apartments in Taylor, MI, you’ll step in where help is needed most—tackling HVAC fixes, knocking out work orders, and speeding up unit turns—all while bringing hands-on support to this 160 unit beautiful luxury community!

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• On Call: On call twice a month for emergency maintenance coverage and help with snow removal
• Driver’s License & Ride: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
